Broker Bonus Incentive Program:

We believe broker’s should be rewarded for choosing us. Brokers can earn an additional commission paid by us on transactions we purchase off market between:

$25,000 additional commission | $3-4.9mm deal size

$50,000 additional commission | $5-10mm deal size

$75,000 additional commission | $10+mm deal size

*Brokers can still dual agent both sides of the transaction and all deals must be off market to earn this. All broker submission will be protected and held as confidential proprietary information.*
